SHIPPING
All items are shipped without tracking unless the customer selects a tracked option at checkout.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages when shipped without tracking, as there is no proof of delivery. If you prefer tracked shipping, please select the tracked option during checkout.
Orders over €150 will always be shipped via tracked and certified mail, free of charge.
Shipments to Spain and Italy are always sent with tracking.
Shipments to the USA include all customs duties and door-to-door processing fees.

We do our best to meet the estimated shipping times, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and external factors.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Due to the current volume of orders, preparation time is 2 to 4 weeks. However, we will always try to ship your order as soon as possible.
PAYMENT
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
SIZING INFORMATION
If you find something you love but can’t locate the right size for your doll, feel free to contact us or let us know which doll model you need the outfit for.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash in cold water and air dry.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Iron only if needed, using a warm iron.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept general returns, but please feel free to contact us with any questions so we can find the best solution together.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours. After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled or returned.
Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or sizing errors, within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be shared equally (50/50) using certified mail.
A refund will be issued once we receive and verify the item in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
PRIVACY
The information you provide when placing an order (name, postal address, and email) is used solely to fulfill your purchase. We do not share your data with third parties except those involved in processing your order (such as PayPal or shipping services).
We will only use your email address to contact you about your order.
Your data will not be used for promotional purposes unless you expressly request it.
