  • All items are shipped without a tracking number, but I can't be held responsible in case of loss, nor can I issue a refund. Shipping with tracking number may be available upon request.

  •  Order over 150€ always be sent by registered mail. 

IMPORTANT: Your billing and shipping adress must match in order to place an order.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Spain: 1-5 business days

  • Europe: 5-20 business days

  • North America/ Canada/ Australia: 15-30 business days 


I will do my best to meet the estimated shipping deadlines, but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Tariffs and customs duties Buyers will pay any applicable customs duties and duties. I am not responsible for delays due to customs formalities.

Due to the amount of the commissions, I have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks, but I will work hard to deliver your order as soon as possible, even the estimated time.

IMPORTANT: Due to the current global situation (COVID-19), international shipments to the US or Europe may take longer than estimated. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We guarantee shipment on time but not delivery on time.

Custom orders:

Have a fabulous design idea for your doll? I can help you figure it out. Please tell me what kind of doll clothes you want, what fabric you prefer, and the size of your doll. If I have that doll and the fabric, I'll be happy to create it for you! The price will depend on the complexity of the desired outfit, the time taken, the fabrics and decorations used. Usually it takes two weeks to complete an order.

If you like something from my store but can't find the size you need for your doll, please feel free to contact me or tell me what kind of doll you want the outfit for.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges but, please, feel free to contact us if you have any question, so we can work out the best solution!


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours. After that time, the order will be processed and we will no longer be able to make cancellations or returns.


Returns will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect, or size error 7 days after delivery. The return shipping costs will be paid by both parties by certified mail. The refund will be made once we can verify that the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.


  • The data you provide by placing an order (name, address and email address) is only used to complete your order, and it is not shared with third parties, except for the ones involved in the transaction (Paypal).

  • In case I need to contact you concerning your order, I'll use the email address you provided.

  • The data you provide by placing an order will not be used for promotional purposes unless you wish so.
