Shop Policies


All items are shipped without a tracking number. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any loss or issue refunds in such cases. If you would like shipping with a tracking number, please contact me to arrange it.

Orders over €150 will always be sent by registered mail free of charge.

Shipments to Spain and Italy will ALWAYS be sent by registered mail.

IMPORTANT: Your billing and shipping addresses must match in order to place an order.

Estimated shipping times:

Spain: 1-5 business days

Europe: 3-10 business days

North America/Canada/Australia: 10-20 business days

I will do my best to meet the estimated shipping deadlines, but please note that I cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and tariffs. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Due to the number of orders, the estimated delivery time is currently 2 to 4 weeks. However, I will work hard to deliver your order as soon as possible, even before the estimated time.


Payments can be made with Credit Card and PayPal.

Custom orders:

Have a fabulous design idea for your doll? I can help you figure it out. Please tell me what kind of doll clothes you want, what fabric you prefer, and the size of your doll. If I have that doll and the fabric, I'll be happy to create it for you! The price will depend on the complexity of the desired outfit, the time taken, the fabrics and decorations used. Usually it takes 4/6 weeks to complete an order. Sometimes more. Don't rush!


Information about sizes:

If you find something you like in my store but cannot find the size you need for your doll, please don't hesitate to contact me or let me know the type of doll you would like the outfit for.

Care Instructions:

 Hand wash in cold water and air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Iron only if necessary with a warm iron.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions so that we can find the best solution together!

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours. After this time, the order will be processed, and cancellations or returns will no longer be possible.

Returns will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or a size error within 7 days of delivery. Both parties will share the cost of return shipping through certified mail. A refund will be issued once we verify that the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.


The data you provide when placing an order (name, address, and email address) is solely used to fulfill your order and is not shared with third parties, except those involved in the transaction (such as PayPal).

If I need to contact you regarding your order, I will use the email address you provided.

The data you provide when placing an order will not be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request it.
